If you don’t remember their name, show you recognise them and are happy to see them.
HELPFUL HINT:
If you recognise them, but can't remember or don't know their name, say something like: "Welcome Back. It's wonderful to see you again." Or, you might try: "Hello! It's so nice to see you again." Or, just say: "Hello." This will make the individual feel like a valued partner.
