There is no such thing as a secure email system and no such thing as a deleted email. Every time you send and receive an email, copies are kept on servers and can be retrieved.

When we write and send an email, we are creating a virtual paper trail. Remember, everything we type may come back to haunt us. With this in mind, before you compose your message, ask yourself “Would I send this message on my company letterhead?”
