Always end your email with a proper sign-off. A sign-off is a closing statement which can be one or more words or an entire sentence. Common sign-offs include: “Sincerely”, “Best Regards”, “I look forward to speaking with you soon.” Avoid using “Warmly” or “Yours Truly” as they may be perceived as being too affectionate for a business email.
