Let the caller know when they can expect to receive a return call.

HELPFUL HINT:

Let the caller know that you will return their call within 24 hours. For example, “Please leave a message and I’ll return your call within 24 hours.” (Calls should be returned within 24 hours, unless your message clearly states when you will be available to return the call).
