Keep a positive attitude. When you’re positive and upbeat, people naturally want to be around you and do business with you. Unfortunately, in today’s world, seeds of negativity are all around us.

The key to a positive attitude is how you look at difficult situations. Try and look at any situation in a positive light. Why? When your mindset shifts from negative to positive it "tricks" your body into feeling more alert, more alive and more stress-free.
ACTION:
Aim to have one complaint-free day per week. Rather than complaining about all of your daily woes, keep a lift in your voice and offer a kind word. Track how many times you complain. How many times did you catch yourself complaining? Try to reduce the number of times you do it. How does it feel?
