Review your Performance Plan. Review your Performance Plan and identify what success looks like in your current role and responsibility.

HELPFUL HINT:

Do you know what you are accountable for? Do you need to have your Leader remind you of what you have promised to deliver? Do you make promises at the beginning of the year to deliver outcomes over which you have little or no control? Make sure you understand what you are accountable for and what success looks like.

ACTION:

Review your Performance Plan. List everything you are accountable for. Identify areas where you will need some coaching or additional support.
