Participate in an Interim Review. The Interim Review is an important milestone to discuss progress against the Performance Development Plan.
HELPFUL HINT:
Make sure you have a mid-year Interim Review. It will enable you to track your performance, discuss any development opportunities. It will also provide an opportunity to discuss how to approach the last six months of the year.
