It will not be enough to learn the Universal Standards. In order for us to truly become a Helpful Partner in every interaction, we must live the Universal Standards in every interaction.

Becoming a Helpful Partner is all about staying the course. It is about discipline. This is not just another initiative. Each one of us will become a Helpful Partner and, in order to get there, we will have to be disciplined and systematic in our approach. Being disciplined means that we will consistently measure the Universal Standards.
